I'm back from my journey to TREX, and the great Manhattan retail experience. I have to say, for my first time at TREX, I was a little let down. I've been to trade shows for cycling trade, music trade, comics (consumer), and a few others, but this was pretty weak. The keynote by JCPenney's Michael Cape was excellent, but the show floor was weak. Luckily for me, I was in one of the best cities in the world for actual retail store displays and environments, and I made the best of it. There are some pictures of a few of the stores HERE but I'll likely write up a little blurb of each of my memorable experiences in midtown Manhattan.

I managed to get in the Apple flagship, Louis Vuitton, Porshe Design Group, Bergdorf, Calvin Klein, Nokia, Toys'r'us flagship, Virgin Megastore, and many others. I was also lucky enough to check out the Charmin location I linked to in an earlier blog. What an experience!
