Windows: Protecting the world from Firefox

Today I was visiting a website during the course of my work 'research' into viral marketing programs, and to my surprise, and ultimate amusement, I was presented with this security warning. Apparently Windows Firewall decided that Mozilla's Firefox web browser wasn't in my best interests. It promptly blocked the content and gave me a warning. The funny thing (I think anyway) is not that the warning blocked the content, but that it bothered to identify it (and do so incorrectly). If I had visited the page with Internet Explorer would the warning have said Name: Internet Explorer, Publisher: Microsoft Corporation?
